Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager (Sr Manager) to drive strategy for the Workday ecosystem. The role leads a team of PMs responsible for Core HR, compensation, time & attendance, talent management, recruiting, and onboarding, partnering with HR, tech, and other product teams.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in product management or HR technology leadership.
• Experience with Workday or other large-scale enterprise SaaS in an internal environment.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across HR, technology, and vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Allstate’s Workday portfolio.
• Coach and develop PMs across Core HR, compensation, time & attendance, and onboarding.
• Translate HR outcomes into clear product strategies and backlogs.
• Balance stakeholder needs with enterprise priorities and long-term strategy.
• Evaluate requests by impact, value, effort, risk, and dependencies.
