Job summary

Tential Solutions is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our HCM Product team focused on Workday HCM. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to delivery, partnering with stakeholders, UX, and engineering to craft a compelling product vision and roadmap.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management within large enterprise environments, with strong Agile backlog management and stakeholder skills. Workday HCM experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with HR technology solutions; Workday HCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate to technical specs.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with objectives.
• Partner with Engineering and UX to deliver user-centered solutions.
• Own and prioritize backlog including epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate design discussions and promote Agile practices.
• Drive continuous product improvement via feedback, testing, and insights.
• Develop business cases and contribute to planning and budgeting.
• Communicate status, risks, and priorities to leadership.
