Allstate Insurance Co. is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to drive strategy and delivery across the Workday ecosystem. This senior role leads a team of product managers overseeing Core HR, compensation, time and attendance, talent management, recruiting, and onboarding.

Strong Workday knowledge and enterprise SaaS experience are essential. The role is remote with periodic travel and reports to senior HR/technology leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong Workday platform knowledge and product management experience in an internal, end-user environment.
• Experience leading product strategy and roadmap development for Workday or another large-scale enterprise SaaS platform.
• Experience with Core HR, compensation, and time and attendance is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the product strategy, vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management for Allstate's Workday product portfolio.
• Manage and develop a team of product managers supporting Workday products across Core HR, compensation, time and attendance, talent management, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Translate HR and business outcomes into clear product strategies, roadmaps, capabilities, and backlogs.
