• Extensive Workday product management experience in internal end-user environments.
• 10+ years of product management or HR tech experience.
• Strong Workday platform knowledge across HR modules and integrations.
• Remote-first collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead product strategy and lifecycle for Allstate’s Workday portfolio.
• Manage a team of product managers across Core HR, compensation, time and attendance, talent management, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Evaluate requests based on impact, value, effort, risk, dependencies, and alignment with priorities.
• Decide when to leverage existing Workday capabilities, build internal solutions, or engage vendors.
• Collaborate with engineering to explore internal and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Develop clear roadmaps and communicate timelines to stakeholders.
• Lead discovery, testing, and learning to validate concepts.
• Coordinate Workday and internal products to align features and backlogs.
• Maintain governance and enterprise-wide perspective on platform usage.
• Monitor investments and adjust strategy based on performance and priorities.
• Establish PM practices and processes to scale innovation.
