Job summary

The Lead Digital Product Manager (Sr Manager) will lead product strategy and delivery across Allstate's Workday ecosystem. This leader will manage a team of product managers responsible for Core HR, compensation, time and attendance, talent management, recruiting, and onboarding.

They will partner with HR, technology, engineering, and other product teams to build and execute an outcome-based roadmap that improves employee experience and advances enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of relevant product management, enterprise platform, HR technology, or related experience.
• Experience leading product teams across multiple business or functional areas.
• Strong Workday platform knowledge in an internal, end-user environment.
• Ability to evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
• Proven ability to translate HR outcomes into product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy, vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management for Allstate Workday products.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of product managers across Core HR, compensation, time and attendance, talent management, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Translate HR and business outcomes into clear product strategies, roadmaps, capabilities, and backlogs.
• Balance HR Centers of Excellence needs with end-user experience considerations.
• Evaluate requests based on impact, value, effort, and alignment with priorities.
• Communicate decisions and tradeoffs to senior leaders and vendor partners.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption, outcomes, and efficiency.
• Coordinate Workday with internally developed products and plan integrations.
