Job summary

Natera, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Workday Platform Engineer within the G&A IT Applications team to own the Workday platform across HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Prism Analytics, Illuminate, and integrations.

You will configure, develop, and operate Workday while partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders; own the platform layer configuration, security architecture, governance, and release discipline.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on Workday technical experience.
Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Integrations, Security, Prism).
Strong experience building Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs).
Deep expertise in security configuration, business process framework design, and reporting.
Experience with Prism Analytics and Workday Extend.

Responsibilities

Own technical execution across Workday HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Prism Analytics, and Illuminate.
Configure, develop, and operate Workday integrations and security models.
Define and implement governance, release discipline, and sandbox strategy.
Design and build lightweight apps with Workday Extend and ensure auditability.
Maintain monitoring, error-handling, and compliant data access controls.
