Job summary

Firstday-Foundation is seeking a Senior Workday Developer to support design, development, integration, configuration, and optimization of the Workday platform. You will ensure stability, scalability, and continuous improvement across HR, Finance, and business operations.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of Workday technical experience, strong development skills, and deep knowledge of HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Prism Analytics, and Workday Extend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on Workday technical experience across multiple modules.
• Experience delivering integrations, reporting, analytics, and configurations in enterprise Workday environments.
• Strong knowledge of HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Prism Analytics, and Workday Extend.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Workday technical solutions across modules.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Build advanced reports and dashboards; implement enterprise reporting frameworks.
• Troubleshoot complex Workday issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions.
• Participate in release cycles and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
