Job summary

Via, a leader in TransitTech, seeks a Senior Workday Platform Architect to shape and scale our Workday ecosystem for a global workforce. You’ll oversee configuration, security, reporting, and integrations, driving governance and scalable solutions across Core HCM and other modules.

You will partner with People, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure secure, maintainable, and high-value implementations that enhance employee experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience in large or global orgs.
• Deep experience with Core HCM and additional modules (Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll).
• Ability to translate complex topics for senior stakeholders and drive governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Via’s senior Workday platform expert across configuration, security, business processes, reporting, and integrations.
• Define scalable Workday architecture and operating model with governance, testing standards, and release processes.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment across multiple Workday modules.
• Ensure efficient, compliant business processes and data integrity to support growth.
