Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams including hiring and coaching.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical work.
• Familiarity with SaaS platform delivery models and governance.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Workday Operations Engineers and Developers.
• Serve as the primary technical partner to HRIS and Accounting/Finance teams.
• Oversee incident, change, and release management for a critical platform.
• Drive continuous improvements to team processes and platform reliability.
