Nelnet, Inc. is seeking an IT Manager for the Workday Platform to lead a team of engineers and developers responsible for operating, configuring, and extending the Workday environment.

The role focuses on technical delivery, platform health, and team performance to empower HRIS and Finance stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strong people manager with experience guiding technical staff and managing stakeholder relationships.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading technical teams including hiring and coaching.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical work.
• Familiarity with SaaS platform delivery models and governance.

Mansioni

• Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Workday Operations Engineers and Developers.
• Serve as the primary technical partner to HRIS and Accounting/Finance teams.
• Oversee incident, change, and release management for a critical platform.
• Drive continuous improvements to team processes and platform reliability.
