Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams with hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of Workday Operations Engineers and Developers.
• Serve as primary technical partner to HRIS and Accounting/Finance stakeholders.
• Oversee incident management, change management, and release coordination for a critical platform.
• Drive continuous improvements in team processes and platform reliability.
