Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Culver City, CA seeks a Lead, People Solutions to own the Workday platform and related HR tech. You will define technical strategy, governance, security, and integration framework across Workday and ecosystem, guiding AMS teams and partners to scalable, compliant solutions.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Security, and Enterprise Architecture to drive transformation while ensuring platform reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of enterprise technology experience with 10+ years in Workday technical roles.
• Deep Workday Integrations experience (Workday Studio, EIB, Connectors, PECI/PICOF, APIs).
• Strong understanding of security governance and data architecture.
• Experience with enterprise HR ecosystems and vendor integrations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall technical health, stability, performance, and scalability of the Workday platform.
• Establish governance for Workday security and integrations architecture.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on platform reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and solution governance activities.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent, Finance, IA and external providers to align tech with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, data privacy, and enterprise security standards.
