Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States is seeking a Workday HCM Solution Architect to shape and translate client priorities into differentiated Workday solutions, combining deep HCM expertise with consultative selling and executive engagement.

You will lead pursuit development, run discovery workshops, craft roadmaps, and present value stories to C-suite stakeholders, governing end-to-end architectures across HCM, Recruiting, Benefits and Payroll.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise HCM consulting or architecture experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience across multiple modules.
• Experience leading presales and large pursuits.
• Proven ability to craft compelling value propositions and roadmaps.
• Strong executive engagement and negotiating skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit development and presales activities.
• Identify and qualify Workday opportunities with account teams.
• Drive discovery workshops to capture business drivers.
• Define pursuit strategy, themes, and value hypotheses.
• Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams and submissions.
• Present to clients and executives, defending the solution.
• Own end-to-end Workday architecture across HCM, Recruiting, Payroll.
• Design integrated solution architectures including security and integrations.
• Embed automation and AI opportunities within solutions.
• Mentor consultants and engage in alliance events.
