Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a seasoned Workday integration specialist to lead design, development, and deployment of complex HR integrations in the US. You will leverage Workday Studio, EIB, and REST/SOAP APIs to connect Workday with numerous HR systems, and you will drive architecture discussions and governance across programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR technology experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale Workday deployments.
• Experience serving as a technical lead, architect, or senior consultant on Workday programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support complex Workday integrations.
• Develop solutions utilizing Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, Workday Extend, and Workday Orchestrate.
• Design reusable integration frameworks and development standards.
• Lead technical architecture discussions for Workday integrations and adjacent HR systems.
• Support integrations between Workday and ServiceNow HRSD, IAM solutions, payroll providers, benefits administrators, recruiting systems, learning platforms, analytics platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Develop advanced and composite reports and support workforce analytics requirements.
• Configure and support Workday security frameworks and governance controls.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production integrations and lead root-cause analysis efforts.
• Lead Workday release assessments, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and operational runbooks.
