Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience supporting Enterprise Applications.
• Significant hands-on experience working within Workday environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and integration patterns.
• Experience designing integrations using APIs, middleware, interfaces, and enterprise data flows.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution and technical architecture for Workday and related enterprise applications.
• Design scalable, secure integrations across Workday HCM, Benefits, Finance and connected platforms.
• Own and drive the Workday technology roadmap aligning initiatives with IT objectives.
• Oversee Workday integrations, interfaces, APIs, middleware, and data exchanges.
• Ensure connectivity between Workday and Payroll, Finance, benefits providers, and other systems.
• Oversee Workday security administration, RBAC, compliance, and audit readiness.
