Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Manager, People Tech to own the configuration, administration, and ongoing operation of Workday and related systems. You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and drive continuous improvement across HR tech processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting one or more enterprise business systems within a functional area.
• Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results in operational efficiency or service quality.
• Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and experience supporting internal and external audits with access and change controls.
• Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of systems; ensure reliability and data integrity.
• Design, configure, maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify process and automation improvements; stay current on updates and releases.
