Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Manager, People Tech to lead configuration, administration, and ongoing operations of Workday and related People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to capture requirements, drive solutions, and ensure quality through testing across the functional area.

The role emphasizes improvements, data integrity, and staying current with system updates, with opportunities to lead and develop a small team and support internal/external audits in a fast-paced, impact-driven

Qualifications

Minimum of 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting one or more enterprise systems within a functional area.
Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results in operational efficiency or service quality.
Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and experience supporting internal and external audits with access and change controls.
Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Workday Ownership: Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of the systems, ensuring reliability, data integrity, and alignment to business processes.
System Configuration and Support: Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose and resolve issues, and deliver enhancements and releases for the systems in scope.
Requirements and Solution Delivery: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions within the functional area, and ensure quality through testing.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process and automation improvements within the functional area, and stay current on system updates and releases.
