Guild is seeking a Senior Manager, People Tech to own configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems. You will ensure data integrity, reliability, and alignment with business processes while partnering with stakeholders to deliver solutions.

You will lead a small team, drive improvements, and stay current on system updates. The role emphasizes governance, audits (SOC II), and agile project management in a dynamic, nationwide environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise business systems.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable efficiency or quality gains.
• Strong understanding of business processes; translate requirements into scalable configurations.
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including coaching and performance management.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and auditing requirements.
• Knowledge of Agile or iterative project management methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of the systems, ensuring reliability and data integrity.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose and resolve issues, and deliver enhancements and releases.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements within the functional area, and stay current on system updates and releases.
