Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Manager, People Tech to own configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure quality through testing in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a small team, drive continuous improvement, and stay current on system updates and releases, contributing to a high-performance culture and compensation transparency.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years configuring, administering, or supporting enterprise systems.
Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results.
Strong understanding of business processes and scalable configurations.
Experience leading small teams with coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
Identify process and automation improvements and stay current on updates and releases.
