Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Manager, People Tech to own and optimize Workday and related systems. You will lead configuration, administration, and day‑to‑day operations while partnering with stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions and improvements.

The role requires guiding a small team, driving audits, and embracing Agile approaches to improve efficiency and service quality. We offer a competitive base salary, stock options, and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
Led improvement projects with measurable efficiency or quality gains.
Translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
Experience leading a small team with hiring and coaching.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits.
Familiarity with Agile or iterative project methods.

Responsibilities

Own configuration, administration, and day‑to‑day operation of Workday and related systems.
Design, configure, maintain functionality, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality via testing.
Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current on updates.
