Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Manager, People Tech to own Workday configurations and the delivery of HR systems across the business. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and ensure reliable operation.

This role leads a small team, drives continuous improvement, and maintains compliance with SOC II controls. The position offers nationwide remote-friendly setup from our Denver HQ with stock options and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results.
Strong understanding of business processes and scalable configurations.
Experience leading and developing a small team, including coaching and performance management.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits with access and change controls.
Knowledge of Agile or iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own Workday configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation.
Design, configure, maintain system functionality, diagnose issues, and deliver releases.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on updates.
