Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Manager, People Tech to own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operations of Workday and related systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure quality through testing in a fast-growing environment.

You will lead a small team, drive process improvements, and stay current on system updates and releases, while aligning with governance and SOC II controls to support audits and internal risk

Qualifications

• 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems within a functional area.
• Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results in operational efficiency or service quality.
• Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable configurations.
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and supporting audits with access and change controls.
• Knowledge of Agile or similar iterative project management methodologies.
