Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Manager, People Tech to lead the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of Workday and other People Systems.

You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure quality across the functional area, while guiding a small team and aligning with SOC II controls and audits. This role supports a national footprint with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable efficiency gains.
• Strong business-process understanding and translating requirements into configurations.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
• Design and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process improvements and stay current on updates.
