Job summary

Qualifications
- 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
- Led improvement projects with measurable results in efficiency or service quality.
- Translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
- Experience leading and developing a small team including coaching.
- Knowledge of SOC II and supporting audits; familiar with access controls.
- Familiar with Agile or iterative project management.
Responsibilities
- Own Workday configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation.
- Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
- Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current on updates.
