Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure quality and compliance across the HR tech stack.

The role requires 5-7 years of hands-on experience with enterprise systems, a track record of leading improvement projects, and strong people leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable configurations.
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring and coaching.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits with access and change controls.
• Knowledge of Agile or iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues; deliver enhancements and releases.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements in the functional area.
