Job summary
Guild seeks a Senior Workday Manager to own configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable configurations, deliver enhancements, and ensure data integrity and reliability across the People Systems landscape.
The role emphasizes process improvement, cross‑functional collaboration, and leading a small team while aligning with SOC II controls and iterative project management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting one or more enterprise business systems within a functional area.
- Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results in operational efficiency or service quality.
- Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
- Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Own Workday configuration, administration, and day‑to‑day operation for reliability and data integrity.
- Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements and releases.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure quality through testing.
- Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on system updates.
