Guild, headquartered in Denver, seeks a Senior Workday Manager to own Workday configuration and daily operations. You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, test for quality, and drive continuous improvement across the People Tech systems.

The role requires 5–7 years of enterprise system experience, leadership of a small team, and knowledge of SOC II controls and Agile methods. Guild offers a competitive base salary and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
• Proven track record delivering measurable improvements in efficiency.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable configurations.
• Experience leading a small team, hiring and coaching.
• Knowledge of SOC II controls and audit support.
• Familiarity with Agile or similar iterative PM methods.

Responsabilités

• Own the configuration, admin, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues; deliver enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify process improvements and stay current on releases.
