Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure quality within the functional area.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, leading a small team, and staying current on system updates. The position offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $150,000 - $190,000 and stock

Formación

• 5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise business systems within a functional area.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results in operational efficiency or service quality.
• Strong understanding of business processes with ability to translate requirements into scalable configurations.
• Experience leading a small team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and experience supporting audits with access/change controls.
• Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related People Systems, ensuring reliability, data integrity, and alignment to business processes.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose and resolve issues, and deliver enhancements and releases for the systems in scope.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions within the functional area, and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements within the functional area, and stay current on system updates and releases.
