Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Optimization Senior Consultant to lead design and development of Workday solutions for clients seeking payroll optimization. The role focuses on optimizing Workday tenants across modules, with opportunities to influence transformations within the Workday Practice.

The candidate will manage the Optimization program, including production support, assessments, and Phase X deployments, partnering with clients to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience using Workday Payroll or other ERPs in a Payroll capacity.
• Master's degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience using Workday Payroll or other ERPs in a Payroll capacity.
• Alternative: seven (7) years of experience using Workday Payroll or other ERPs in a Payroll capacity without a degree.

Responsabilités

• From initial assessments to transformations, you'll deliver Workday solutions for optimizing environments.
• Manage in the Optimization program for the Workday Practice, including production support, assessments, and Phase X deployments.
• Lead the design and development of solutions for clients optimizing their Workday tenant.
