Job summary

Workday, a Fortune 500 company and leader in AI-powered people and money management, is seeking a Payroll and Time Tracking Business Systems Analyst to support internal Workday payroll implementations. You will collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, configure the Workday solution, and provide day-to-day systems support to partners.

The role emphasizes driving project planning, design, and deployment of enhancements, plus testing and UAT coordination with stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in business consulting, IT implementation, or customer support implementing Workday.
5+ years of experience with the Workday enterprise platform.
5+ years of experience with US and Canadian Payroll along with International Payroll process and policies.

Responsibilities

Support Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking product suite.
Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps.
Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system enhancements.
Responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring the Workday Financials product and creating documentation as needed.
Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Participate in the change management and go live support processes.
Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives.
Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met; manage UAT and end-user sign-off.
Assist the integration team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party providers.
