Workday, a Fortune 500 company and leader in AI-powered people and money management, is seeking a Payroll and Time Tracking Business Systems Analyst to support internal Workday payroll implementations. You will collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, configure the Workday solution, and provide day-to-day systems support to partners.

The role emphasizes driving project planning, design, and deployment of enhancements, plus testing and UAT coordination with stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in business consulting, IT implementation, or customer support implementing Workday.
• 5+ years of experience with the Workday enterprise platform.
• 5+ years of experience with US and Canadian Payroll along with International Payroll process and policies.

Aufgaben

• Support Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking product suite.
• Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps.
• Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system enhancements.
• Responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring the Workday Financials product and creating documentation as needed.
• Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Participate in the change management and go live support processes.
• Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives.
• Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met; manage UAT and end-user sign-off.
• Assist the integration team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party providers.
