Job summary

nVent is seeking a skilled Workday HRIS professional to configure and optimize Workday modules across HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, and Absence. You will lead improvements, coordinate testing, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Compliance to ensure governance and compliance.

We value a candidate with 5+ years of Workday experience, global exposure, and Workday certification where possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday experience.
• Experience in HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, or Absence.
• Workday Pro certification(s) preferred.
• Experience supporting a global organization is required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday processes, security, orgs, reports, dashboards, calculated fields, notifications, and integrations.
• Lead Workday improvement projects from requirements capturing through deployment.
• Coordinate testing activities, UAT, and production deployments with implementation partners and external consultants.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Compliance teams to provide strategic recommendations and education regarding Workday capabilities and governance.
• Support data quality, governance, and audit requests as applicable.
