Job summary

The Squires Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Workday Absence & Time Tracking Consultant to support a federal HCM modernization initiative.

You will configure and implement absence and time-tracking solutions, design business processes, test, and deploy in a large enterprise environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Workday Absence and Time Tracking experience, strong configuration knowledge, and the ability to work with business and technical teams through the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday Absence and Time Tracking experience.
• Experience with Workday configuration and full lifecycle implementations.
• Knowledge of leave plans, accruals, eligibility rules, and time entry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Workday functionality.
• Configure absence plans, accruals, eligibility rules, and time-tracking processes.
• Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Partner with business and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Document configurations, processes, and recommendations.
