Job summary

Avaap is seeking a certified Workday Senior Consultant, Payroll, Absence, & Time Tracking to support accelerated delivery in a structured implementation model built around proven baseline configurations. This role is designed for an experienced consultant who can lead functional workstreams, guide client decisions, and deliver efficiently within a repeatable framework.

Qualifications

• Certification in Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking required.
• Experience in multiple Workday implementations preferred.
• Strong functional knowledge across one or more of the listed areas.
• Ability to manage workstream responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior consulting experience with complex or deadline-driven projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional delivery in Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking.
• Guide clients through a structured implementation process using Avaap’s baseline approach.
• Validate requirements and align client needs to in-scope delivery.
• Support configuration, testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
• Provide strong client-facing communication and functional leadership.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure consistency and implementation success.
