Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions seeks a hands-on Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking Functional Analyst to own the end-to-end time-to-pay process. You will configure and improve Workday modules, develop reporting and controls, and coordinate related integrations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in payroll systems or HRIS, with hands-on Workday configuration across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking, and strong testing and production support experience in a multi-entity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll systems or HRIS experience, incl. 3+ years Workday configuration/production support.
• Hands-on Workday Payroll configuration in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing dependencies, earnings, deductions, and retroactive changes.
• Experience building advanced reports and executing EIB loads.
• Experience translating policy into configuration and leading UAT.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Payroll: earnings, deductions, pay components, calculation rules, and run categories.
• Support quarterly/year-end readiness, vendor updates, and testing of reporting and controls.
• Configure Time Tracking and Absence: time-entry codes, approvals, accruals, and leave plans.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and audit reports for Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Lead requirements discovery, design options, testing, and controlled deployments.
