Confidential Jobs in the United States seeks a Global Workday Manager to lead Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence governance across a global organization. You will design and deliver scalable Workday solutions, drive automation, and ensure data integrity and security in alignment with SOX controls.

You will partner with HR leaders, COEs, IT, and vendors to define the HRIS roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and manage a team of 4–6 analysts through delivery and optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing and managing HR applications with global Workday experience.
• 2+ years in an HRIS leadership or management role.
• Translating business requirements into Workday solutions across global teams.
• Experience partnering with Workday account teams and third-party vendors.
• Strong knowledge of HR concepts, business processes, and solution design.
• Familiar with SOX controls and information security standards.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–6 Analysts from requirements to delivery.
• Define HRIS strategy, roadmap, and business requirements.
• Govern Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence governance.
• Translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions and automate where possible.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to optimize end-to-end integrations.
• Monitor Workday security and controls aligned with SOX.
