Workday, Inc. is looking for Senior/Principal Technical Consultants to design, develop, and deploy government integrations.

You will lead integration workstreams, guide delivery, and ensure schedule, quality, and customer success across complex deployments. Ideal candidates have multi‑year experience with Workday integrations, mastery of Studio and Orchestrator, and a strong lifecycle perspective from requirements gathering through production support.

Qualifications

Senior Technical Consultant with 4+ years in Workday Integrations for public sector.
Principal Technical Consultant with 8+ years in Workday Integrations and leadership of integration workstreams.
Advanced skills in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions—including Workday Studio and Orchestrator.
Comprehensive understanding of the full implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and production.

Responsibilities

Lead and project manage integration workstreams, driving delivery dates and results.
Conduct discovery sessions to capture and document customers’ integration requirements.
Design, develop, and implement integrations using Workday tooling (Studio, Orchestrator) and other integration technologies.
Coordinate testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide knowledge transfer sessions for post‑production success.
Participate in internal initiatives to improve processes and methodologies.
