Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Lead to guide the integration workstream for a complex Workday rollout in a federal environment. You will oversee end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment and delivery of integrations across Workday and external systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Workday implementation with heavy integration leadership, plus experience coordinating across secure customer environments and teams.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required per contract requirements.
• 7+ years of enterprise tech with HRIS/integration experience.
• 5+ years Workday implementation with integration leadership.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integration workstream in concert with other implementation streams.
• Develop and manage integration strategy, plan, milestones and deliverables.
• Lead design, development, testing, deployment and support of Workday integrations.
• Coordinate integrations between Workday and external systems and data sources.
• Translate requirements into integration designs and interface specs.
• Ensure designs align with security and enterprise standards.
• Coordinate across multiple environments and teams to deliver ready integrations.
• Identify and resolve defects, performance issues, and dependencies.
