Job summary

Groundswell Corporation seeks a seasoned Workday Integration Lead to drive end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and delivery of Workday integrations for a Secure Federal environment. You will coordinate with architects, security, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and reliable integrations across the enterprise.

The role requires 5+ years of Workday implementation experience, strong leadership, and TS/SCI clearance consideration.

Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise technology experience with HRIS/enterprise integrations.
5+ years of Workday implementation experience with integration leadership responsibilities.
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph preferred.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead the Integration workstream in parallel with other implementation streams.
Develop and manage integration strategy, plan, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using Workday tools.
Coordinate integrations between Workday and external systems and data sources.
Translate business requirements into integration architectures, designs, mappings, and interface specifications.
Ensure designs align with security requirements and enterprise standards.
Lead Groundswell and subcontractor integration resources to timely delivery.
