Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Technical Consultant to design and develop system integrations for Workday implementations. You will lead and mentor a team of integration consultants, designing and testing complex integrations using Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, and core connectors.

You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, create design documents, and drive delivery across the workstream, while engaging third‑party vendors as needed and communicating technical solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; or Master’s with Workday implementation experience.
• Workday Certification within integrations/workday studio/orchestrate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage other integration consultants through Workday deployments.
• Design, build, and test complex Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, and core connectors).
• Lead the delivery and resourcing of the workstream.
• Work with clients to capture requirements and design documents.
• Develop and lead development for quality Workday integrations.
• Engage with 3rd party vendors as required to complete work.
• Communicate technical challenges and solutions to teams.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and process improvement.
