Job summary

Capital One seeks a Workday Integration Engineer 4 (Finance) to lead complex Workday integration initiatives within the Finance modules. You will design, develop, and optimize integrations, while guiding a team of integrators and configurators in a hybrid SF-based environment.

You will work with product owners, stakeholders, and finance partners to ensure robust, scalable solutions using SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, and XSLT. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 6 years of Workday platform experience.
• At least 4 years of experience with Workday integrations or functional configuration tasks.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate business priorities while integrating HR value to meet business needs.
• Deliver Workday solutions across Finance modules with high standards.
• Communicate effectively with team, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements with finance partners.
• Design and develop complex integrations within Workday using web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSLT.
• Lead a team of integrators and configurators for Workday Finance modules.
• Align on priorities with product owners and deliver using Agile methodologies.
• Design and develop automation workflows, perform unit tests, and conduct code reviews.
