Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Workday Engineer to design, build, and optimize integrations across HR platforms. You will lead integrators, collaborate with Product Owners, and apply Agile practices to elevate our Human Resources technology ecosystem.

Develop with Workday Studio, REST and SOAP APIs, and automate workflows while guiding architecture, governance, and HR module governance. Strong HR systems experience and technical leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years HR platforms Workday experience.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Translate the priorities of the business into HR value propositions and meet needs of the business.
• Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits with efficient processes and high standards.
• Lead a team of integrators and coordinate with Product Owners using Agile methodologies.
