Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 6 years of Workday platform experience.
• At least 4 years of Workday integrations or functional configuration tasks.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities to HR value propositions and align with HR strategies.
• Deliver Workday Finance module integrations across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Invoices, Payments, and Suppliers.
• Communicate effectively with team, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and redesign business processes with finance partners.
• Design and develop complex Workday integrations using SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, and XSLT.
• Lead a team of integrators and configurators to support Workday Finance modules.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align priorities using Agile methodologies.
• Design automation workflows, perform unit tests, and conduct code reviews for quality and performance.
