Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Workday Integration Engineer 4 (Finance) to join our hybrid teams across multiple U.S. locations. You will design and build resilient Workday integrations across General Ledger, Invoices, Payments and Suppliers to support the finance ecosystem.

You will lead a team of integrators and configurators, collaborate with product owners, and drive continuous improvements using Agile methods while upholding enterprise standards and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of Workday platform experience.
• 4+ years of Workday integrations or functional configuration.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Workday integrations across Finance modules.
• Lead integrators and configurators to support Workday Finance.
• Design and develop complex integrations using web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSLT.
• Collaborate with product owners and finance partners in Agile delivery.
