Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Workday Integration Engineer to support the Finance platform. You will lead integrations across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Invoices, Payments and Suppliers, delivering scalable solutions with an emphasis on performance and quality.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with Product Owners and finance partners to optimize processes and implement automation. Strong Workday configuration and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
At least 6 years of Workday platform experience.
At least 4 years of Workday integrations or functional configuration tasks.
At least 2 years of technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Understand and translate business priorities within HR value propositions.
Deliver Workday solutions across Finance modules with high standards.
Communicate effectively with team, Product Owners and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements with finance partners to redesign business processes.
Design and develop complex Workday integrations using SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSLT.
Lead a team of integrators and configurators for Workday Finance modules.
Collaborate with product owners to align priorities and deliver using Agile methods.
Design and develop automation workflows, perform unit tests and code reviews to ensure quality.
