Job summary

Capital One is seeking an Integration Engineer 3, Workday - Functional (HCM) to join People Tech. You will help design and implement resilient Workday configurations across HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, and Payroll.

In this role, you will partner with product owners, translate business needs into technical solutions, and maintain thorough documentation. A strong background in Workday and EIB-based data loading is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years of Workday functional configuration (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Performance Management).
• 2+ years configuring business processes within Workday platform.
• 1+ year of experience with calculated fields or custom reports.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to understand required application capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Translate business priorities into HR value propositions and strategies.
• Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and Time Tracking with high standards.
• Communicate effectively with team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence cross-functional solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with HR to redesign processes for better results.
