Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Workday Integration Engineer to advance its Finance Technology ecosystem in a hybrid role. You will design and implement Workday solutions across General Ledger, Invoices, Payments and more to support finance operations.

You’ll lead a team of integrators, collaborate with Product Owners, and drive automation with Agile practices while ensuring performance and quality of the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of Workday platform experience.
• 4+ years of Workday integrations or functional configuration.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Understand business priorities and translate into HR value propositions.
• Deliver Workday solutions across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Invoices and Payments.
• Communicate across teams, influence solutions with stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with finance partners.
• Design and develop Workday integrations using SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSLT.
• Lead a team of integrators and configurators for Workday Finance modules.
• Align with product owners and deliver in Agile frameworks.
• Design automation workflows, run unit tests, and perform code reviews.
