Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6+ years of experience on HR platforms (Workday).
• 4+ years of experience with Workday Integrations or related tasks (HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits).
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate business priorities and HR value propositions.
• Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Communicate across teams, Product Owner, and stakeholders; influence solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements with HR partners.
• Design and develop complex integrations within Workday using web services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT.
• Provide technical expertise on Workday Studio, security, troubleshooting, data analysis, and vendor coordination.
• Lead a team of integrators and configurators for Workday HCM modules.
• Collaborate with product owners to align priorities and deliver objectives using Agile.
