Job summary

Simpro Group is seeking a skilled Workday/HR technology expert to own the Workday integrations and technical development across the HR ecosystem. You will design, build, test, and optimize complex integrations, leveraging Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and modern APIs to connect Workday with internal and third‑party systems.

You will lead technical delivery, ensure secure data flows, and collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to drive scalable solutions and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR systems/HRIS with significant Workday experience.
• 3+ years developing Workday Studio integrations.
• Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and SFTP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical SME for Workday, focusing on integrations and Studio development.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex Workday integrations.
• Develop and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Lead integration design, development, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Manage integration security, authentication, encryption, certificates, SFTP, and related requirements.
