Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Workday Engineer to design, build, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Studio) and to support existing integrations. The role requires deep knowledge of Workday technologies, HRIS compliance, and collaboration with internal and external teams.

You will develop test cases, review code, and provide production support while aligning with the HRIS standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Workday HCM integrations (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience with Workday integration types including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio
• 2+ years of experience creating Workday custom reports and calculated fields
• 2+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors
• Good understanding of Workday security
• Prism Analytics experience is preferred
• Experience with document transformation, XSLT, XPATH etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external resources
• Effectively communicate by motivating and inspiring others through clear and proactive communication

Responsibilities

• Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio
• Support existing integrations
• Resolve integration issues requiring in-depth Workday expertise
• Demonstrate integration experience in HR domains (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting)
• Provide documentation and artifacts for each phase of the life cycle
• Develop test cases and peer review code
• Provide production support and respond to issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with HRIS standards and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
