Job summary

Loop Recruiting, LLC is seeking an Integration Consultant to design and implement Workday integrations, synchronizing data between Workday and external systems. This role partners with customer teams to gather design specifications, utilizes Workday development tools to build and deploy interfaces and integrations to/from Workday’s customers' various upstream and downstream systems.

The consultant delivers high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients’ business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
• Workday Integrations certification required.
• 6+ years of integration experience.
• Functional experience in the HCM domain.
• 3+ years designing EIB inbound/outbound integrations, Studio, Core connectors, Workday payroll integrations, PECI/WECI, Advanced/Matrix/BIRT reporting, XSLT/XML, Web Services APIs.
• Proficiency with Workday data conversion tools (EIBs, Workday Studio, iLoad).
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Workday Integration Certification.
• Experience building and debugging custom reports.
• Workday Extend certification or interest in pursuing.
• General knowledge in all Workday functional areas.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Gather design specifications with customer teams to define interfaces and requirements.
• Utilize Workday development tools to build and deploy interfaces and integrations to/from customer systems.
• Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across industries to meet complex business needs.
• Define, build, and implement HR processes and structures aligned with client objectives.
• Participate in internal training and share knowledge with others in the organization.
