Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Lead, Workday Integration Engineer to join the People Team in San Francisco.

You will own end-to-end technical delivery for Workday integrations, architect complex integrations, and advise on API strategies across the enterprise, balancing security, reliability, and scalability. You will collaborate with engineering, analytics, and IT teams, applying expertise in Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and Extend to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years of demonstrated Workday integration development experience using Workday’s integration tools.
• Experience with Workday Studio, Orchestrate, EIBs, Connectors, RaaS, and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Configuration, People Analytics, Engineering, IT and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable integrations.
• Own end-to-end delivery for integration and automation solutions from discovery to deployment.
• Architect and develop complex integrations using Workday tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design and build APIs and automation solutions using Workday Extend and related technologies.
• Lead technical assessments and improve architecture and performance across systems.
